About the Club
Redline Motorsport Club exists to get everyday drivers onto a real racetrack, safely and affordably — and to time every run like it's a national final.
Our story
Redline started in 2011 as a dozen mates hiring the Eastern Creek drag strip for a private test day. The rule from day one was simple: if you want to find out how fast your car is, do it on a track, with a timing beam, not on the street.
Fifteen years on, we're one of Sydney's largest grassroots motorsport clubs — over 400 financial members, five signature events a year, and a club championship that gets more serious every season. We've stayed true to the original idea: proper venues, proper timing, proper results.
The club is incorporated in NSW, affiliated with Motorsport Australia, and run entirely by volunteers. Surpluses go straight back into subsidised entry fees and driver-development days for new members.
The venue
Sydney Motorsport Park, Ferrers Rd, Eastern Creek NSW 2766.
Our drag and roll events run on the venue's full quarter mile and main straight; circuit events use the 3.93 km Gardner GP Circuit. The facility offers hard-stand paddock parking, garages for hire, permanent catering, and full FIA-grade safety infrastructure and medical crews at every event.
Gates are off the M4 motorway, 40 minutes from the Sydney CBD, with free spectator parking on site.

Makes sure every dollar of member money is accounted for — and that entry fees stay the cheapest in Sydney.

Runs the volunteer roster of 40+ officials, marshals and startline crew that make every event happen.
Timing & Results
Tom Brandis
Owns the timing loop, the scoreboards and the live results you see on this site within seconds of each pass.
Membership
Membership is $95 per year (renewing each January) and includes:
- Discounted entry to every Redline event — typically $30–$50 off
- Eligibility for the Redline Drag Series championship
- Priority garage and trackside parking bookings
- Two free driver-development evenings per season
- Club decal pack and voting rights at the AGM
